Elevate Construction Update
We’d like to provide you with an update on construction timeframes for Stage 2 at Elevate in Ormeau Hills.
Due to circumstances outside of our control, we have encountered a number of delays with construction outlined below:
Gold Coast City Council required Ormeau Developments Pty Ltd to obtain a consent from the adjoining landowner (15 McCreadie Road, Ormeau Hills QLD 4208) prior to construction commencing.
We have been liaising with the owners of 15 McCreadie Road for a number of months to finalise this consent. However, until recent weeks they have generally been unresponsive when contacted to arrange a deed of access. There has been correspondence over the past couple of weeks with their lawyer indicating that a resolution is imminent.
