Elevate Estate – Stage 2 Construction Update |

CFMG Residential Communities would like to provide you with a construction update on Stage 2 at Elevate, Ormeau Hills. Unfortunately we have been experiencing continued construction delays for Stage 2 due to a range of challenges. These challenges include bureaucratic delays, material shortages, significant weather interruptions, rock excavation and difficulties relating to construction practicalities with a neighbouring development. As a result of the challenging conditions, we have chosen to submit a sub staging application with Council in order to progress as quickly as possible some of the lots further advanced than others due to the aforementioned challenges. Please refer to the plan below. Under the sub staging application, we can finalise the construction and registration of the lots in Stage 2 coloured in green. The remaining lots within Stage 2, coloured in orange, will be subject to further works, and unfortunately an accurate timeline on these works is not currently possible. |

We will continue to progress as quickly as possible, however delays are expected while we attempt to resolve each of these issues, that are generally out of the control of CFMG Residential Communities.
