Homebuilder Grant Announcement
The recent announcement by the federal government to extend the Homebuilder Grant build timeframe by an additional 12 months, is welcome news for many of our current purchasers.
This extension of time to start construction means more people can now comply with the Homebuilder Grant terms, and there’s less pressure on material supply so builders can focus on delivering their quality home designs.
