We’re excited to provide an update on construction timeframes and land registration details for Stage 2 at Elevate in Ormeau Hills.
We are pleased to advise that we have appointed a contractor to build the stage and the anticipated construction timeframe to deliver Stage 2 is expected to be 8 – 10 weeks.
The registration of Stage 2 is anticipated for late April 2021, however this is subject to weather conditions.
We look forward to seeing construction underway in the coming weeks, and welcoming our new residents to this beautiful community.
